Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
When can I expect my order?
Orders
typically ship within 1-2 weeks of being placed. The two-week timeframe is rare and usually happens when we are especially busy.
What if my order is lost or damaged?
First, we recommend contacting your local post office to see if they can assist. If they are unable to resolve the issue, please reach out to us via Facebook or by email at Burlapkitchen@yahoo.com, and we will help you from there.
Are all my items shipped together?
Not always. Your items may ship separately, depending on when your order was placed. We process and ship orders in the order they are received.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Return Policy:
We do not accept returns. However, if there is an error with your order, such as receiving the wrong item, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us, and we will make it right.
